Brief
Dubai Holding is celebrating 15 years of helping to make Dubai what is today and wanted to communicate internally to their employees how important they are to help achieve all they have done together.
Idea
We didn’t just want to say “Thank you” for being part of Dubai Holding, but go further by saying “Without you, none of this could have been possible”. We wanted to hero the vast range of employees, from board members to the board room cleaners, by putting a name and achievement to their face. We shot over 40 employees to capture their character to help connect them to people they might not know they've been working with over the last 15 years.
